We’re looking for a Digital Content Manager to manage the content and ads for our eRegulations.com (eRegs) brand. As the Digital Content Manager for eRegs, you’ll provide technical management for projects that expand the website’s functionality and enhance the organization’s digital presence.  You will publish digital content with an eye on SEO, growing revenues through ad traffic,  and customer engagement. You will collaborate with development teams that may include outside vendors and offer technical guidance as needed. Additionally, you will provide quality assurance for completed websites that websites are properly integrated with current systems and software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Organize and digitize regulatory content online that educates and informs across a wide variety of digital platforms.
  • Utilize your editing, content management, and HTML skills to manipulate and publish content, while optimizing customer consumption.
  • Use your knowledge of SEO and content development to maximize our digital presence, thus promoting traffic and establishing our company as a leader within the industry.
  • Optimize the user experience with proper page formatting and ad placement.
  • Coordinate with marketing to implement digital marketing best practices on the website to maximize digital performance of published regulation content
  • Lead third party developer agency in managing website updates, repair and ongoing maintenance
  • Ongoing analysis of website traffic and trends to drive traffic utilizing various web analytical tools
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two year’s experience in a similar Digital Producer or Web Master role
  • Strong knowledge of computer software that is related to web design, graphic design and digital editing
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript and front-end development (preferred)
  • Familiarity with content strategy and experience with software such as Craft CMS, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Ability to utilize Google Analytics and other traffic reporting tools to analyze and optimize website traffic
  • Understanding of SEO implications within web design, user experience and functionality
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and web page monetization strategies
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills across multiple applications
  • Excellent collaboration skills with attention to detail and the ability to work within team deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management methodology, processes and tools
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
