Kalkomey is seeking a strategic and analytically minded digital marketer to accelerate our paid acquisition program within the outdoor industry. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital marketers, managing a multi-million dollar budget at scale, developing campaign strategies, and providing tactical guidance and hands-on execution across a variety of paid digital channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage multi-million dollar budget across a variety of outdoor brands and paid digital channels. 
  • Manage a team of in-house and contract-based performance marketers. 
  • Provide tactical guidance and hands-on execution to build, optimize, maintain, and scale PPC campaigns. 
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to paid media strategies and priorities across Marketing, Product, Brand, Partnerships, and Business Intelligence. 
  • Assist with translating business goals into paid marketing strategy and plans across channels, including SEM, social, display, and video. 
  • Guide A/B creative tests, bid strategy tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns to maximize performance.  
  • Test and implement new marketing channels or methodologies to capitalize on a rapidly evolving marketing and customer privacy landscape. 
  • Partner with Brand and Creative teams to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive reach, engagement and conversion. 
  • Partner with Business Intelligence teams to build critical measurement and reporting capabilities. 
  • Manage vendor and external stakeholder relationships.  
  • Monitor and report on program performance and insights to senior leadership.  
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of paid marketing experience supporting B2C brands. 
  • 2+ years experience leading a performance marketing team. 
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics. 
  • A deep understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CM, ARPU and LTV and how to leverage marketing efforts to maximize impact on core KPIs. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, prepare and interpret reports, and communicate actionable results, findings, and recommendations. 
  • Experience managing ad budgets in excess of $5 million a year. 
  • Experience in building A/B testing plans to optimize acquisition and profitability goals. 
  • Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques. 
  • Exceptional prioritization skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
