Executive Assistant & Analyst

Kalkomey is seeking an Executive Assistant & Analyst to serve in a position to not only handle day-to-day assistant duties to the CEO and CFO, but also with the foundational skills, and interest in learning, more of the business.

The Executive Assistant & Analyst would formally report to the CEO, but would also serve part-time for the CFO, as well.

Job Requirements:

  • Self-starter, driven “completionist” that works to finish projects
  • Works to research various topics, industries, or companies and produces the output of a document or spreadsheet that explains the information gathered
  • Builds out various spreadsheets, consolidating, gathering, and documenting various details
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Makes calls to various contacts to have conversations regarding certain topics or subjects, and is comfortable cold-calling and is a good communicator
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Handles all aspects of booking travel and logistics of the Executives’ various trips
  • Puts together expense reports, and manages the process of filing those reports with Accounting, as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA in Business Administration, or Finance a plus
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
